Sarah “Sarita” Arrazola is a Floridian born and bred. She has 12 years of fermentation experience and has taught nearly 1,000 people how to successfully ferment at home.

She concurrently owns and operates St. Pete Ferments, a wild fermentation company she founded in 2016. The brand has been awarded nationally for its Florida inspired ferments. It supplies kombucha, krauts and more across Tampa Bay through community farmers markets, a handful of local stockists, and at its brick and mortar in downtown St. Petersburg..

Previously, Sarita was co-founder of the annual Florida Ferment Fest, a statewide celebration that ran from 2016 to 2020. She has also worked on organic vegetable and permaculture farms.
